My experience with Lufkin Dental was one with no complaints. I received a friendly greeting and smile upon entering. The receptionist did not hesitate in seeing if I could be seen today. It did not take her long in coming back to the lobby saying that I could and please come back at 11:00 am. I was so happy and excited until I forgot about the pain I was experiencing. Upon meeting Dr Allen I felt very comfortable. He was so down to earth and yet professional. He explained exactly my problem and took care of it. His sweet nurse was next to my side giving me support in case my pain was unbearable. I have everything good to say about Family Dental beginning with my entry until my exit. Thank you Dr Allen and staff for your professionalism.

First visit to Dr. Allen. Staff courteous and friendly, and Dr. Allen was great. Listened to my concerns; has a very gentle touch, and best of all, didn't try to sell me dental procedures that I didn't need. He earned my trust!

Curteous staff. Very timely and prompt for my appointment time. Dr. Allen is trustworthy and good with our kids. We will definitely continue going to see him. The dental hygienist are also great.
